About Me
I am a PhD researcher in the hardware group at COSIC, KU Leuven in Leuven, Belgium, supervised by Ingrid Verbauwhede and Jan-Pieter D’Anvers. During the summer of 2025, I was a research intern with the Security Circuits team at Intel Labs, Hillsboro (OR), USA.
Before that, I received my MSc in Electrical Engineering (Electronics and Chip Design) and BSc in Engineering Sciences (Electrical Engineering/Computer Science) from KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium. During the summer of 2021, I was a research intern with the Hardware Research Group at Nokia Bell Labs, Antwerp, Belgium.
My research is primarily focused on embedded security and post-quantum cryptography (PQC). This includes the development of novel countermeasures against physical attacks, optimized software/hardware implementations for embedded and high-end platforms, and formal and practical evaluation of countermeasures.
